Museum in Mons housed in the former Machine-à-eau, built in 1870-1871, covering the region's history from the Middle Ages to the 20th century with particular focus on the two World Wars; opened in 2015, it presents more than 5,000 military and civilian objects and testimonies from Belgian, American, British, Canadian and German soldiers and civilians.
