Museum of contemporary art born from the association founded in 1974 by the engineer Gilbert Delaine and inaugurated in 1982 in a building by Jean Willerval, surrounded by a sculpture garden. Its roughly 1,500 works span creation from 1945 to 1980, from CoBrA to Lyrical Abstraction and the Nouveaux Réalistes, including the northern French artists Eugène Leroy and Eugène Dodeigne.
