Museum of archaeology and decorative art in Liège, opened in 1905 in an 18th-century mansion (1738-1741) built by architect Johann Joseph Couven for merchant-banker Michel Willems; its Mosan Baroque interiors display period furniture and decorative objects, with stuccowork by Tomaso Vasalli, an oak staircase, Oudenaarde tapestries and over 2,500 Delft tiles in the kitchen.
