Museum in Brussels devoted to Jewish history, religion and culture, opened in 2005 in a former German school built in 1901-1902; its holdings include some 750 ritual objects, 1,250 artworks and 20,000 photographs. In May 2014 it was the site of a terrorist attack that killed four people.
