Former town hall of Dreux, built from 1512 to 1537 by Pierre Chéron, Jean des Moulins and then Clément Métezeau in the Louis XII style, at the hinge between Flamboyant Gothic and the early Renaissance. Listed as a historic monument as early as 1840, it is the only monument of its kind in Eure-et-Loir.
