Château rebuilt from 1475 to 1483 for Pierre de Refuge, a treasurer to Louis XI, on the ruins of a fortress destroyed during the Hundred Years' War. A Renaissance gallery with flattened arches was added in the 16th century around the medieval keep, which still stands.
