Neoclassical mansion built from 1790 onward by the architect Paul-Michel Thibault and acquired in 1800 by the merchant Martin-Pierre Foäche. Its five storeys are arranged around an octagonal light well; a survivor of the 1944 bombing raids, it displays furniture, paintings, maps and nautical instruments evoking the great maritime trade of Le Havre.
