Inaugurated on 24 June 1961 by André Malraux, this glass-and-steel building, designed by Guy Lagneau and his team with Jean Prouvé, was the first museum built in France after the war. It holds more than two hundred works by Eugène Boudin, a collection of Raoul Dufy and Othon Friesz, and a rich Impressionist collection enriched by the Senn-Foulds donation.
