A 17th-century bastion that guarded Menton's old harbour, noticed by Jean Cocteau in 1957, who converted it into a museum himself: the pebble mosaics, display cases and decor are his own work. Opened in 1966, after the poet's death, it shows drawings, ceramics, tapestries and pastels on a rotating basis.
