Modernist villa built in Croix between 1929 and 1932 by architect Robert Mallet-Stevens for textile magnate Paul Cavrois, its 60-metre length combines reinforced concrete, steel and glass, with a 27-metre swimming pool and materials such as Swedish green marble. Abandoned and vandalised after 1987, listed as a historic monument in 1990, it was acquired by the State and restored before reopening to the public in 2015.
