Museum born from the 1979 donation of the Roger Dutilleul and Jean Masurel collection, opened in 1983 in a building by Roland Simounet set within a sculpture park. Extended in 2010 by Manuelle Gautrand for the L'Aracine collection, it brings together modern art (Picasso, Braque, Léger, Modigliani) and the largest public collection of art brut in France.
