Archaeological museum and park at Locri Epizefiri, a Greek colony founded around 680 BC by settlers from Locris in mainland Greece, one of the major cities of Magna Graecia on Calabria's Ionian coast. Excavations have uncovered the Doric temple of Marasà, a theatre and the sanctuary of Persephone, and the museum houses the site's celebrated terracotta pinakes, votive plaques depicting the goddess.
