Museum of European history opened in 2017 as an initiative of the European Parliament, housed in the former Eastman dental clinic, an Art Deco building of 1935 designed by Michel Polak in Brussels' Leopold Quarter; its 4,000-square-metre permanent exhibition traces 20th-century Europe from a transnational perspective, with free admission and content in all 24 official EU languages.
