Nearly 3,000 standing stones erected around 2500 BC over some 4 kilometres, arranged in three main alignments — Ménec, Kermario and Kerlescan. Their purpose remains uncertain and has prompted many theories; the site joined the UNESCO World Heritage list in 2025.
