The chapter cloister of Tours Cathedral (Saint-Gatien), its oldest gallery dating from 1442 and combining Gothic and Renaissance work. It housed the psalette, the canons' choir school and scriptorium, and its northeast corner holds a carved spiral staircase reminiscent of the one at the Château de Blois.
