Art centre dedicated to graphic design, inaugurated on 6 October 2016 in the former Banque de France building, redesigned by the Moatti-Rivière agency. It continues a tradition born from the bequest of 5,000 illustrated posters made to Chaumont by Gustave Dutailly in 1905, and later from the international poster festival, and holds some 40,000 contemporary posters.
