Former brick slaughterhouses built from 1827 to 1831 by the architect Urbain Vitry around a large central scalding hall, listed in 1990 and converted into a museum opened in 2000. They bring together Toulouse's collections of modern and contemporary art and the Frac Occitanie, and preserve the stage curtain painted by Picasso and Luis Fernández in 1936.
