Tourcoing's museum of fine arts, created around 1860 and housed since 1931 in the Hôtel Roussel-Defontaine, a mansion built in 1866. It took its current name in 2009, after his heirs donated nearly six hundred works by the Tourcoing painter Eugène Leroy, which are shown alongside an older collection that includes a Rembrandt.
