A museum opened in 1999 in the former house of the Belfort-born poet Léon Deubel, fitted out by the architects Robert Rebutato and Pernette Perriand to recreate the atmosphere of a gallery. It presents the 112 works given to the city in 1997 by Maurice Jardot, director of the Galerie Louise Leiris, including works by Picasso, Braque, Léger and Chagall.
