House where Hector Berlioz was born, built in 1680 and remodelled around 1730 by his family, in the centre of La Côte-Saint-André. Opened as a museum in 1935 and renovated for the composer's bicentenary, it holds period furniture, scores, letters, instruments and an Érard piano acquired by his wife in 1847.
