Opened on 27 January 2008 near the French headquarters of the Würth group, it is the thirteenth museum founded by the industrialist and collector Reinhold Würth. It presents, in rotation, modern and contemporary works from the Würth collection, which numbers more than 16,000 pieces, from Picasso to Gerhard Richter.
