Romanesque church in Tuscania, first documented in 852 and consecrated in 1206, built on a three-nave basilica plan with a semicircular apse. Its facade has three portals, including a splayed central portal flanked by spiral columns carved with figures of the apostles and a rose window with symbols of the evangelists, while the interior preserves a 13th-century apse fresco of the Twelve Apostles and a 14th-century Last Judgment attributed to Gregorio and Donato d'Arezzo.
