Romanesque church on the hill of San Pietro above Tuscania, built mainly between the 11th and 12th centuries on the site of an earlier building and serving as the town's cathedral until 1573. Its facade combines a rose window with Cosmatesque decoration of zodiac and seasonal-labor motifs, and its crypt, supported by 28 reused ancient columns, contains a 14th-century fresco of the town's patron saints.
