Paleontological museum in Piegaro named after Luigi Boldrini, a mine worker who began recovering fossils in the 1940s from a lignite quarry in the Nestore valley. The collection consists of Lower Pleistocene vertebrate remains, including the elephant Mammuthus meridionalis and several rhinoceros species, and the site became a state museum in 2023.
