Country residence near Perugia built from around 1575 for Cardinal Fulvio della Corgna, nephew of Pope Julius III, likely to a design by architect Galeazzo Alessi, combining a working farm estate with a summer retreat. Its main hall preserves a coffered wooden ceiling and frescoes signed in 1581 by Salvio Savini, with further decoration added in the 18th century; the villa passed through several noble families before the Italian state acquired it in 1996.
