Park in the Piedigrotta district of Naples, laid out around a Roman-era columbarium traditionally venerated since antiquity as the tomb of the poet Virgil. Since 1939 it has also held the tomb of Giacomo Leopardi, moved here from the church of San Vitale a Fuorigrotta, and it opens onto the entrance of the Crypta Neapolitana, a Roman tunnel linking Piedigrotta to Fuorigrotta.
