Opened on 2 June 2018 opposite the amphitheatre, in a building by Elizabeth de Portzamparc clad in a pleated glass façade evoking a toga. It presents Nîmes' archaeological collections, from Gaulish origins to Roman daily life and the legacy of Romanity, supported by sixty-five multimedia displays.
