The western towers of Reims Cathedral, the Gothic building where French kings were crowned from 1027 to 1825 and now a UNESCO World Heritage site, rise about 81.5 metres and were completed around 1275. The climb reaches their summit, past the remains of bells melted in the 1914 fire, for a panorama over the city.
