Museum in Palazzo Spinola di Pellicceria, a late-sixteenth-century Genoese palace built for Francesco Grimaldi and later owned by the Spinola family, who donated it to the Italian state in 1958. Kept largely in its original furnished state, it holds paintings by Antonello da Messina, Van Dyck and Luca Cambiaso, and is part of the UNESCO-listed Palazzi dei Rolli.
