National archaeological museum of the Lomellina area, inaugurated in 1998 inside the Sforza Castle of Vigevano, in a stable block commissioned by Gian Galeazzo Visconti and designed by Maffeo da Como in the 1470s. The collection covers roughly 2000 BC to 800 AD and includes the Strada Collection of glassware, notably a signed 1st-century cup by the glassmaker Aristeas.
