Renaissance palace in Gubbio built in the 1470s for Federico da Montefeltro, Duke of Urbino, as a smaller counterpart to his palace in Urbino. Its studiolo, a small study once lined with inlaid wood panels of illusionistic scenes, was dismantled and is now held by the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
