Museum near Fiumicino airport built to house five Roman vessels unearthed between 1958 and 1961 during the airport's construction, in what had been the harbour basins of Claudius and Trajan. Alongside the excavated cargo barges, a sailing ship and a fishing boat, it displays anchors, amphorae and inscriptions recovered from ancient Portus; closed for restoration in 2002, it reopened to the public in 2021.
