Marian sanctuary at Bagnaia, near Viterbo, built between 1470 and 1525 around a venerated image of the Virgin said to have been placed on an oak tree in 1417 and to have become an object of pilgrimage during the plague of 1467. Consecrated in 1578 and elevated to the rank of minor basilica in 1867, the church displays glazed terracotta lunettes attributed to the workshop of Andrea della Robbia above its three portals.
