Departmental museum of the Allier, occupying the Renaissance pavilion of the former palace of the Dukes of Bourbon in Moulins. Opened in 1910 thanks to the bequest of the collector Louis Mantin, it holds a substantial archaeology section, late-medieval Bourbonnais sculpture, German and Flemish paintings, and Moulins faience.
