Opened in 2005 in the Hôtel de Mora, a Moulins mansion built in 1750 and protected as a historic monument, it is devoted to the illustration of children's books. Its collections bring together more than 3,800 original drawings, from Gustave Doré and Rodolphe Töpffer to Kitty Crowther and Beatrice Alemagna.
