House of the early 16th century in chalk and brick, residence of the bishop of Châlons's vidame until the Revolution, and later home of the bibliophile Jules Garinet. Bequeathed to the city, it became a museum in 1899 and displays paintings of the Northern, French and Italian schools, decorative arts, and ninety-eight wooden models of French monuments.
