Archaeological museum in Numana, opened in 1974, devoted to finds from the Picene necropolises of Numana and Sirolo, one of the principal centres of Picene civilization in the pre-Roman Iron Age. Its collection includes bronze and terracotta grave goods, the remains of two chariots, and material from the richly furnished 'Tomb of the Queen' at the nearby I Pini necropolis, alongside evidence of the later Roman settlement.
