Etruscan necropolis at Comeana, near Carmignano in Tuscany, grouping the Montefortini and Boschetti tumuli. The Montefortini mound, an artificial hill 70 metres across discovered in 1965, contains a chamber tomb of the Orientalizing period (c. 625-575 BCE) and a later tholos tomb, which yielded bucchero ware, ivory, amber and Egyptian glass now in the Artimino Archaeological Museum.
