State archaeology museum opened in 2009 in the north barchessa of Villa Badoer, a villa designed by Andrea Palladio in 1554-55 and built in 1556-63 for Francesco Badoer, part of the UNESCO-listed Palladian villas of the Veneto. It presents Late Bronze Age finds from the nearby settlement of Frattesina and its cemeteries at Narde and Fondo Zanotto, including gold and glass objects, bronze weapons, and cremation urns from around a thousand burials.
