Archaeological museum in Este housed in the 16th-century Palazzo Mocenigo, named after the pre-Roman Veneti settlement of Ateste. Founded in 1880, it holds one of the principal collections of the ancient Este civilization, including situla art bronzes and grave goods from the Iron Age necropolises, alongside later Roman-era finds.
