Hunting lodge built for Grand Duke Cosimo I de' Medici between 1564 and 1567 on the site of a former Guidi counts' fortress, with distinctive symmetrical zigzag ramps attributed to Bernardo Buontalenti. Isabella de' Medici was murdered here in 1576 by her husband; recognized since 2013 as part of the UNESCO-listed Medici Villas and Gardens, it has housed the Museo storico della caccia e del territorio since 2002.
